Today’s Horoscope

HAPPY BIRTHDAY for Saturday, December 9, 2017: This year you become more aware of what is not working for you in your life. Be willing to make meaningful changes. You might not always see what needs changing, so be sure to ask those closest to you for feedback. If you are single, a person you meet this year could elicit an intense emotional reaction from you. You might learn a lot about yourself as a result. If you are attached, the two of you enjoy each other’s company, but a haze of confusion often surrounds you. VIRGO often makes you feel tense, as you know how critical he or she can be.

ARIES (March 21-April 19): Look at a problem from a brighter perspective. You might see a new approach, which could benefit you. You can’t always be as controlling as you’d like. A loved one will come through for you as you had hoped. Tonight: Get into a fun project or a game of cards.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): Your creativity allows more positive interactions to emerge. A partner might be upset not to have his or her way. Extremes become more possible, as there is an element of confusion around you. Ask questions in order to get clarification. Tonight: Lighten up the moment with a loved one.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): You could be too tired to get upset about someone else’s fussiness. You might not be as sure as you’d like to be about what this person wants or expects from you. Remain more upbeat as you try to determine a course of action. Tonight: Surround yourself with good music.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): Keep communication flowing. Reach out to someone at a distance whom you don’t often see. This person might not be very clear about his or her expectations. Initiate a conversation, as it might help to clarify the issue. Be as observant as possible. Tonight: In the whirlwind of living.

LEO (July 23-Aug 22): Be willing to let go of certain concerns, at least for the moment. You could find it difficult to concentrate or even have a light conversation with everything that is going on. Maintain a sense of humour, and don’t let a personal matter alter your mood. Tonight: Curb possessiveness.

VIRGO (Aug 23-Sept 22): You have a great deal of flexibility. You will want to communicate your bottom line to an irritated friend or associate. You might not be sure whether you can help the situation, but you’ll find out soon enough! Tonight: Do not allow anyone to push you beyond your limits.

LIBRA (Sept 23-Oct 22): You know when you have had enough or are ready to approach a personal matter differently. You might need some more time to lighten the mood between you and a loved one. Make sure you give this issue as much thought as possible before acting. Tonight: Keep a low profile.

SCORPIO (Oct 23-Nov 21): Mars moves into your sign, making all the difference in what goes on. You easily could jump the gun or be volatile without even realising it. Your imagination emerges in a conversation. Note that your sixth sense is intact; listen to it. Tonight: Where your friends are.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov 22-Dec 21): Your efforts have not been in vain, though you might feel that way. Confusion weaves around you and influences your perspective. Consider your alternatives carefully. Allow greater give-and-take between you and a loved one. Don’t become so upset. Tonight: Out and about.

CAPRICORN (Dec 22-Jan 19): You might want to hold back your feelings, but they will come out anyway. You do not have as much control over a loved one as you’d like. You and this person don’t often see eye to eye. Extremes marks your emotions. A friendship is lucky for you. Tonight: Where the action is.

AQUARIUS (Jan 20-Feb 18): You could be tired of indulging an older relative. Sometimes this person is childlike in his or her demands. You might feel confused by what someone shares; try to gain clarity before responding. You can work out the tension that exists between you. Tonight: Accept an offer.

PISCES (Feb 19-March 20): You could create another barrier between you and someone else. Perhaps you’re not sure how to respond to this person. You’ll need to clarify your thoughts more carefully. Reach out to someone at a distance whom you care about. Tonight: Remain responsive to a close loved one.
