Dear Editor,

Here are some concrete suggestions, or things that can be done, in order for us to get a handle-hold on crime, instead of holding the blade for so darned long.

[naviga:li]Try your utmost, in upgrading the police force, and weed out corruption.[/naviga:li]

[naviga:li]Make it safe and trustworthy for us to give evidence in court, and to report crime without being afraid to do so.[/naviga:li]

[naviga:li]Reintroduce Capital Punishment in whatever way that seems best and acceptable to the state.[/naviga:li]

[naviga:li]Continue to monitor this crime-polluted country with public state of emergency and curfews when necessary.[/naviga:li]

[naviga:li]Make sure the police have sufficient motor-vehicles to move around at all times.[/naviga:li]

[naviga:li]Disguise policemen in plainclothes sometimes, and let them carry out their duties undercover.[/naviga:li]

[naviga:li]Flood crime-prone areas and town centres with surveillance cameras.[/naviga:li]

[naviga:li]Furnish dark streets, dark corners and other places with bright lights.[/naviga:li]

[naviga:li]Let the security forces search all idlers who are lurking around on street corners, for illegal weapons.[/naviga:li]

Those are my key strategies, in tackling and defeating the crime monster.
