CHRISTOPHER Martin and D Major are the featured acts on live music series Appleton Signature Nights scheduled for Gunagos in Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland, tomorrow.

Showtime is slated for a 9:00 pm start.

Martin said patrons can expect to hear their favourite songs as well as new material.

“It’s a known fact I love to sing and I love performing, especially with my band. I don’t get a lot of opportunities to perform here so when I do I make sure I leave everything on that stage and Appleton Estate Signature Nights is the perfect chance to do that,” said Martin.

Leleika-Dee Barnes, Appleton Estate Signature Nights’ customer marketing manager, said she was pleased that Martin was the headliner.

“Christopher Martin never disappoints in delivering a soulful performance. He is a man of the stage and knows how to engage and interact with his audience. We are looking forward to him transforming Guangos as he serenades all in attendance. Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy an experience unlike any other; a perfect pairing of sweet reggae music and the world’s foremost rum,” she said.

The reggae singer is known for songs including Big Deal, Pirate of the Caribbean, Baby I Love You, Cheater’s Prayer, and Paper Loving.

Meanwhile, D Major is no stranger to the stage. He is known for songs including Real Know Real and Vibes.

Started in 2016, Appleton Estate Signature Nights has featured acts including Beres Hammond, Freddie McGregor, Sanchez, Agent Sasco, Tanya Stephens and I-Octane.
