NEGRIL, Westmoreland — Negril-based producer Dwayne ‘Jah Wayne’ Bacchas has been busy in the studio building beats and expanding the production arm of the business.

The songwriter, producer and recording artiste once again has his eyes set on making a major impact this year, with a new single on the Jah Wayne Records label, entitled Don’t Wait Till I’am Dead, done on the Hot Tea Rhythm.

The track is scheduled to be officially released tomorrow.

“This single is one that will resonate with most persons once they have listened to it as too often it is upon losing a loved one we start posting on social media or expressing to other people how much the person meant to us, and that they are appreciated. Don’t wait until they are dead, tell them now, so at least if they actually pass they will know,” Jah Wayne argued.

Jah Wayne believes that the song will become very popular locally and internationally.

“This song will be a major hit and will be number one,” he confidently said.

The single premiered last week on major radio stations locally, and will be distributed by Zojak Worldwide Distribution.

It will also be available on all major online stores, including Amazon, Spotify, Apple Music and itunes.

The first production for Jah Wayne Records was in 2009, and since then, he has produced several hits, and has worked with the likes of Charly Black, Anthony B, Zamunda, and remixed tracks for international recording artiste Akon.

The next project for Jah Wayne Records Production is a single by upcoming artiste Steffybiz, entitled Tonic & Honey.
