Police seek driver of Suzuki motorcar in Half Way Tree Road hit-and-run
ST ANDREW, Jamaica – The Half Way Tree Police are seeking the assistance of the public in locating the driver of a red Suzuki motorcar which was involved in a hit-and-run collision, claiming the life of a man on Half Way Tree Road in St Andrew on Friday, November 9.
The dead man has been identified as Keith Wheeler.
Police reports are that Wheeler was attempting to cross the road about 8:50 pm when he was hit and run over by the motorcar which did not stop. The police were summoned and Wheeler taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
