Reggae Boyz begin Gold Cup preparations
Reggae Boyz senior team Head Coach Theodore Whitmore yesterday held the first in a series of camps to begin preparation for the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup football tournament.
A release from the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) said training sessions at UWI-JFF Captain Horace Burrell Centre of Excellence are scheduled for 7:00 am and 4:00 pm each day, and runs until Thursday morning.
The squad, comprising locally-based players, excludes those from 2019 national premier league champions Portmore United and runners-up Waterhouse FC due to their engagement in the FLOW Concacaf Caribbean Club Championship.
Defender Tashane Campbell of Reno FC has earned his first call-up to the national senior squad.
