Doha 2019: No Jamaican in Women’s 200m final
DOHA, Qatar — With Elaine Thompson withdrawing from the Women’s 200m at the IAAF World Championships and Shashalee Forbes finishing at the back of a field in first semi-final heat, Jamaica will not be represented in tomorrow’s final of the event.
Forbes was eighth in her race in 23.14 seconds.
USA’s Anglerne Annelus won in 22.49s ahead of Swiss record holder Mujing Kambunji in 22.49s.
