All set for Health, Home & Garden Expo

ORGANISERS say all is set for the 12th Health, Home & Garden (HHG) Expo, scheduled for Friday, October 25 to Sunday, October 27 at the National Arena in Kingston.

At the launch held recently, organisers promised that the National Arena will come alive – transformed into a place of beauty and excitement.

Health, Home & Garden Expo was first held 19 years ago in October 2000. It was born out of what was seen as a need for more family-type entertainment. After being held annually for the first four years, it became a biennial event in 2004. This exposition has grown over the years and is an event that is greatly anticipated by exhibitors and patrons alike.

The main aim of the expo is to encourage the development of beautiful environments and healthy lifestyles. Here are highlights from the launch:

Fay Wint (centre), expo coordinator, is flanked by (from left) Simone Mahabeer, H &L’s manager, corporate communications; Viviene Scott, Evergrow Garden Center; Angella Black, senior brandmanager, Grace Kennedy; and Allison Morgan, branch manager, VMBS, representatives of some of themain sponsors, as they discuss the exciting and well-anticipated features of the upcoming event.
Carlissa Enterprise’s representative, Tatianna Biersay gives a hintat the recent Health Home and Garden Expo media launch about thearray of products that her company will be showcasing. She gave aspecial invitation to all in the market for air conditioners, generatorsand water heaters to visit the company’s booth.
