Elletson Primary past students assist needy
Elletson Primary and Infant School Past Students Association on Friday distributed care packages to 30 of the most needy students at the institution.
The packages were valued at over $150,000 and was an effort between the local and overseas chapters of the assosiation.
Principal Debbie Meek was grateful for the support and assistance given to parents and used the opportunity to highlight that, despite the added challenges COVID-19 has brought, the students were still excelling. Meek also appealed to corporate Jamaica for some much-needed assistance, stating that those assisted were the most needy however, there are many others who still need help.
