‘Fat Head’ charged with double murder
ST JAMES, Jamaica — Twenty-two-year-old Tajay Clarke, otherwise called ‘Fat Head’, of Salt Spring in St James has been charged with two counts of murder and illegal possession of firearm, following an incident in Sharon Hill, Green Pond in the parish on May 22.
Police reports are that about 10:00 pm residents heard explosions and alerted the lawmen. The bodies of O’Neil Thelwell and Junior Thorpe were later discovered along the Green Pond main road with gunshot wounds.
Investigations led to Clarke’s arrest on Saturday, June 18.
He was then charged after being pointed out during an identification parade.
