Anderson, Tapper finish behind pack in Diamond League 100mH
Puerto Rico’s Jasmine Camacho-Quinn continues to showcase her fine form as she blazed to an unassailable victory in the women’s 100 metres hurdles at the Wanda Diamond League meeting in Brussels, Belgium.
Camacho-Quinn clocked a time of 12.27 seconds, which is a new meeting record and season’s best time for the Puerto Rican.
Meanwhile, the American pair of Tia Jones, who recorded a personal best time of 12.38 seconds, and former world record holder Kendra Harrison (12.40) finished in the second and third spots.
However, Oregon World Champion silver medallist, Britany Anderson of Jamaica, finished fourth in 12.44 seconds, while her compatriot and 2022 NACAC silver medal winner Megan Tapper finished fifth with a lifetime best of 12.51 seconds.
