Wednesday, November 16, 2022

On Saturday, November 12, Saint International CEO Deiwght Peters and Alliance Française President Pierre Lemaire — under the patronage of French Ambassador to Jamaica Olivier Guyonvarch — took over the AC Hotel Kingston’s driveway to stage La Hot Couture fashion show.

The audience comprised industry legends, tastemakers, friends of the organisers, members of the diplomatic corps and government officials like Minister of Education and Youth Fayval Williams, Member of Parliament for St Thomas Eastern Dr Michelle Charles, and Honorary Consul for Ethiopia in Jamaica Yodit Hylton, who also made a runway appearance. Also gracing the catwalk was business titan Zachary Harding for MAXBROWN.

The runway flowed from the multi-level car park to the adjacent AC Hotel Kingston sign and kicked off with designers Heather Laine for Elan, MAXBROWN, Edna Manley College, and Eliette Lesuperbe.
