I write in response to a letter submitted to your newspaper on November 10 titled ‘Flow’s abysmal service’ by Jeffrey Cobham.
Since Mr Cobham first contacted us, our customer experience team has been working closely with him to complete the process in a compliant manner. This refund required additional processing time for the necessary verifications. During the process, repeated attempts were made to update him, but the calls rang unanswered.
Nonetheless, we wish to apologise to him for the delay in processing the refund. It has since been processed and is available for pickup. We have tried repeatedly to contact him by phone but have been unsuccessful, and so we have communicated same to him via the other contact information we have on file.
We take this opportunity to remind customers of the channels available to contact us regarding their service. Customers can dial 100 from their Flow mobile or landline phones or call 1800-804-2994. Alternatively, customers can send an e-mail to customerfirst@cwc.com
