Gun found in Portmore gully

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica –Police seized one firearm and several rounds of ammunition in Hamilton Gardens in Portmore, St Catherine on Sunday.

Reports from the Portmore Police are that about 7:30 pm, lawmen conducted an operation in the area, during which one Dessert Eagle 9mm pistol with a magazine containing 10 rounds of ammunition was found in a gully.

No one was arrested in connection with the seizure.
