Page 2 returns to Hope Gardens where National Commercial Bank (NCB) Jamaica Limited held its much-anticipated Pinnacle and Long Service Awards Ceremony on Saturday, May 20. The well-curated affair which served as a tribute to outstanding employees and subsidiaries of NCB, highlighting their long service and years of dedication, attracted NCB team members and executives.

The evening got that much better with the appearance of much-loved reggae/dancehall singer and songwriter Christopher Martin, who serenaded the attendees with songs such as I’m A Big Deal and Paper Loving.

As the evening waned, guests enjoyed a sumptuous meal from Gourmet Caterers, sharing laughter over glasses of the evening’s signature drink “The Pinnacle”, a vibrant concoction of Moscato and blueberry liqueur courtesy of Top Shelf Liquors.

And in #breaking news from Cannes, British-Jamaican supermodel Naomi Campbell celebrated her 53rd birthday at a plush gathering, hosted by German luxury brand, Boss – of which Naomi has been a long-standing ambassador. The event took place in the city hills at the Villa Julia overlooking the Croisette, and a plethora of celebs came out to celebrate with the philanthropist and runway legend.

Campbell wore a golden, hand-embroidered, feather-plumed, floor-length gown by Boss for the dinner, and was joined by the likes of British Vogue Editor-in -Chief Edward Enninful, former Victoria’s Secret Angel Stella Maxwell, Australian fashion model Jordan Barrett and American rapper Future, to sprinkle a few names. American singer and songwriter Robin Thicke performed for the select crowd followed by a charity auction in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Campbell was in Cannes for the 76th Cannes Film Festival which took place the week before her birthday.
