Executive & Director Changes

Daniel Chong was appointed as the deputy chief executive officer of Honey Bun (1982) Limited on April 1.

Musson Group Chief Investment Officer Nicholas A Scott was appointed as a director of TransJamaican Highway Limited effective May 12.

Gene M Douglas has retired as company secretary of Pan Jamaica Group Limited effective May 12 with general counsel Simone Pearson being appointed company secretary on May 13.

Damian J Duncan and David A Lee were appointed to the board of directors of ISP Finance Services Limited effective May 17.

James E D Rawle was appointed the deputy executive chairman of Lasco Financial Services Limited on May 18.

Damian Duncan has resigned as a director of Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC effective May 22.

Gregory Shirley has retired as a director of Wigton Windfarm Limited effective May 24 due to reaching the retirement age for directors.

Chief Strategy Officer Nadia Kiffin Green has resigned from The Limners and Bards Limited (LAB) effective May 24 after being appointed to the role last October.

Purchasing and Stores Manager Rushell Milton has resigned from JFP Limited on May 25.

Andres Lorenzo was appointed to the audit committee of Carreras Limited effective May 26.

Neil Brennan will retire from his role as chief administrative officer of FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited effective July 31.

A senior manager of Derrimon Trading Company Limited sold 154,889 shares on March 13. Thirty-one executives of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited purchased 82,461 shares from the trustee of Sagicor’s long-term incentive plan on May 15. A connected party of Supreme Ventures Limited sold 18,129 shares between May 16 to 17. A connected party of Pan Jamaica Group Limited sold 230,470 shares to four executive team members who were issued stock grants under the company’s long-term incentive plan on May 16. A connected party of Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited purchased 10,000 shares on May 16. A connected party of Pan Jamaica Group Limited purchased 2,885 shares on May 17. A member of TransJamaican Highway Limited’s audit committee purchased 800,000 shares on May 19. A senior manager of Barita Investments Limited sold 35,000 shares between May 18 – 22. A director, senior manager and connected party of Jamaican Teas Limited sold 2,650,000 shares at $2.07 on May 22. A connected party of Supreme Ventures Limited sold 46,473 shares for a consideration of $1.28 million on May 22. A connected party of Paramount Trading (Jamaica) Limited purchased 27,820,000 shares at $2.19 for a consideration of $60.93 million on May 22. A connected party of Kingston Wharves Limited sold 6,397 shares on May 19 to 22 while another connected party sold 26,057 shares between May 24 – 26. A senior officer of GraceKennedy Limited acquired 30,913 shares on May 26 pursuant to the company’s long-term incentive scheme.

JMMB Group Limited and Access Financial Services Limited’s 2023 audited financials have been delayed due to KPMG requiring additional time to complete their procedures and should be published by June 16 and June 30, respectively.

Image Plus Consultants Limited (trading as Apex Radiology) has declared a final dividend of $0.06 to be paid on June 21 to shareholders on record as of May 31. This payment totals $74.37 million.

Salada Foods Jamaica Limited has declared a dividend of $0.057 to be paid on July 26 to shareholders on record as of June 5. This payment totals $59.21 million.

Carreras Limited has declared a dividend of $0.21 to be paid on July 5 to shareholders on record as of June 13. This payment totals $1.02 billion.

Honey Bun (1982) Limited and Fontana Limited will consider dividend payments at their board meeting on June 7 and June 8.
