The National Commercial Bank (NCB) mixed up the fun for National Customer Service Week with both customers hand-picked from various brand managers and excellent staff members from the customer service unit for cocktails and conversations at the Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen in St Andrew, Tuesday evening.

“We always find the opportunity to recognise our customers as well as our staff members, so we thought this evening being able to mix with our staff and our customers was a good way to celebrate customer service week,” Sharon D Williams, head of group client and experience, told the Business Social. NCB brought the fun directly to patrons with games, surprises, gifts and a quick cocktail class hosted by Kevear Clunie, more popularly known as Dr Spirit, who revealed the art behind the Blue Lagoon cocktail. With drinks in hand and appetizers making the rounds, the evening was relaxed and full of good friendly vibe. Here are the highlights.
