Strictly 2K will be memorable
Shaun “ZJ Chrome” Chablal, director of 433 Entertainment, the promoters of Strictly 2K, says Saturday’s staging will return with the best musical selections of yesteryear for a memorable event.
“Strictly 2k is known for its music and just straight party vibe from you enter the event to the end. For this edition, it will be myself [ZJ Chrome], Chromatic — Creep and JR, Coppershot. We also have Mix Master David from Atlanta, one of Usher’s DJs, and is no stranger to the 2K stage as he has been a staple on our line-up for our Atlanta editions and we decided it was time to invite him to Jamaica,” the co-director told the Jamaica Observer.
There will also be performances by Vanessa Bling and Voicemail.
The festival is slated for Mas Camp.
ZJ Chrome further said that preparations have been going well.
“Every staging we bring a fresh new energy. This edition is ‘Hip Hop Beats’, and we fuse that into the décor, the dress code, the music, and the experience to amplify the best of the 2000s and bring patrons the real 2000s party as the originators of this type of event in Jamaica,” he explained.
He added: “I would encourage anyone to come to experience a real party; clean fun, great music, drinks, and so much more with your friends.”
