Exchange All Age moves to online classes due to structural damage in ‘freak storm’
ST ANN, Jamaica – Classes at the Exchange All Age school in Ocho Rios, St Ann moved to the online modality on Wednesday morning following a freak storm in the community on Tuesday.
It’s understood that sections of the institution were damaged by the storm including a roof.
Further reports reveal that the roof was separated from the structure while classes were in session leaving students traumatised.
Parents were informed to have their children taken from the compound as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, Principal Ricardo Moncrieffe confirmed that classes at the institution would continue online on Thursday as the administration conducts clean-up activities.
