Wadada seek to rebound in St James/Sandals Major League

ST JAMES, Jamaica — Former champions Wadada United FC will seek to rebound from their first loss of the season when they take on Bogue FC in their St James Football Association/Sandals Resorts International Major League game at the Urban Development Corporation field this afternoon set to start at 3:30 pm.

Wadada United FC were beaten 3-1 by Reggae Youths in their Zone A game played last weekend and will go into the game optimistic that they can get full points from the Bogue FC team that lost both games they have played, conceding a joint leading seven goals in the process.

Wadada United who are in third place on four points, lost all their games played last season after their relegation from the Jamaica Football Federation Championship had taken four points from their first two games.

A win today would see Wadada United joining Lilliput Rovers in first place on seven points.

The former Premier League champions had drawn with leaders Lilliput Rovers before beating defending champions Granville United 3-2 and will be expecting to get back to winning ways today.
