Jamaican entrepreneur Kirk-Anthony Hamilton named to prestigious ‘40 Under 40’ list

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Jamaican entrepreneur and investor, Kirk-Anthony Hamilton, has been named to Latin America Reports’ prestigious “40 Under 40” list for 2025.

The annual recognition celebrates 40 of the most impressive and influential young leaders shaping the business and innovation landscape across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Hamilton, founder of The Infiniti Partnership Incorporation, Tech Beach Retreat and The Destination Experience, has been instrumental in catalysing entrepreneurship and investment throughout the Caribbean.

His platforms have collectively facilitated over US$300 million in investments, connecting global capital with regional opportunities and fostering a new era of economic growth. Hamilton has been considered an architect of opportunity for his work connecting people, ideas and capital to drive profitable growth.

The “40 Under 40” list highlights individuals driving innovation in sectors such as financial technology (fintech), artificial intelligence (AI), agricultural technology (agtech), and social impact entrepreneurship. Hamilton’s inclusion underscores his commitment to transforming the Caribbean into a globally competitive business ecosystem.

“This recognition is a testament to the collective efforts of our teams and partners who share a vision for a more inclusive and prosperous Caribbean,” said Hamilton. “We are dedicated to building platforms that not only attract investment but also empower local communities and entrepreneurs.”

Hamilton’s accolades include being honoured by former United States President Barack Obama as one of 75 emerging global entrepreneurs, Most Influential People of African Descent and receiving the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award 2024 in the emerging category. His work continues to inspire a new generation of leaders committed to innovation and inclusive growth.
