Dancehall recording artiste Staynless has released a brand new single titled Blocklist. Produced by internationally renowned producer Rvssian, the track was officially released on July 18.

“The song was definitely inspired by a personal experience. The Jamaican culture breeds infidelity and promotes promiscuity. Therefore, I strongly believe the majority have experienced cheating at least once, whether they know it or not. That makes the song relatable and therefore people will gravitate towards it,” the artiste said.

The track is featured on Rvssian’s Story Book Riddim, which has the perfect sound and vibe for telling an experience.

“My hope is for this to be my breakout track; the beginning of an evolution of Dancehall,” the artiste added.

While he has been doing music for the past seven years, Staynless took his journey to the next level more recently, with more emphasis being placed on his craft in the past year. The efforts have paid off, as his brand is steadily building momentum and he is reaching more and more audiences over time.

“I would describe my music style as a poetic mixture of hardcore Dancehall and Trap tailored to go-getters, the streets and ladies,” he continued.

Known for tracks such as God’s Favourite, Bimmer Streets, Miss Universe, Sorcery and Rich, the Ocho Rios, St Ann- based artiste has other tracks in the pipeline.
