Registration now open for 2026 Business House Domino league
HUMBERT Davis, president of the National Association of Domino Bodies (NADB), has announced that registration for the 2026 Business House Domino League has officially opened.
Davis said teams should sign up early, as only the first 16 to register will secure a spot in the tournament.
“We’re thrilled to announce the opening of registration for the 2026 Business House Domino League,” Davis told the Jamaica Observer.
“As we look forward to the return of the competition we’re reminded that this tournament is more than just a competition — it’s an opportunity for business professionals to come together, build relationships, and showcase their skills,” he said.
Davis emphasised the importance of early registration.
“We expect a strong turnout, and we don’t want any team to miss out on the opportunity to participate. Our league has become a staple in the domino community, and we’re excited to see which teams will rise to the top,” Davis noted.
When asked about the tournament format Davis replied: “The competition will be fierce, with teams battling it out in a series of matches to determine the ultimate champion. We’re splitting the teams into two groups of eight, and they’ll play each other once. The top four from each group will contest the quarter-finals, and then we move on to the semi-finals and the grand finale. We’re looking forward to seeing some new faces and familiar names vying for the top spot,” he explained.
Davis also highlighted the benefits of participating in the league.
“Beyond the thrill of competition, our tournament provides a unique platform for networking, team-building, and community engagement. We’re proud to support local businesses and promote healthy competition among our members,” Davis noted.
Registration is now open, and interested teams are encouraged to sign up early to secure a spot. Teams can contact (876)341-7235 for registration details.
