Come April 3-6, Ocho Rios is set to witness a weekend of unapologetic luxury and entertainment as Vacae Weekend Jamaica gears up for its fifth staging.

At the heart of the festivities is the highly anticipated Risqué party, at which international hip hop veteran Fabolous is slated to perform, promising a night that fans and partygoers won’t soon forget.

“We’re notorious for bringing international acts to Jamaica for Sandz, and what we wanted to do was to bring the kind of international superstar that was synonymous with the brand,” says Carlton Davy, director of Vacae Weekend Jamaica. “Fabolous, as a veteran hip hop artiste having songs that the ladies and gentlemen appreciate a lot and can sing along and vibe to, was the ideal choice. We figured he’d complement the Risqué event totally because it’s a grown and sexy event.”

True to its name, Risqué encourages women to embrace their femininity, allowing them to show up in their lingerie in a safe and intimate environment.

“The ladies can come out in their sexy lingerie as we try to couple the entertainment package with the theme for the event. I can tell you that it will be a showcase you don’t want to miss, especially for millennials who grew up on MTV Jams, etc. Fabolous is a column in the hip hop world with so many classics from that era, so you already know the performance will be well worth it,” Davy added.

But Risqué is just one of six events on the weekend’s calendar. When Vacae Weekend takes over Ocho Rios in April, patrons can look forward to the polished atmosphere of The Estate, the beachside energy of Sandz, and the bold, late-night allure of Risqué.

The line-up also features the relaxed yet stylish setting of The Lawn, the playful daytime spirit of Pic-Nic, and the crowd-favourite Tropical Saturday, which consistently delivers vibrant music, fashion, and unforgettable party moments.

Also highlighting the event’s partnerships as a major part of its success story, Davy said the party series is a reflection of its unwavering corporate support system.

“Our sponsors are top tier, and all our events will be a reflection of that partnership at work. Campari, Wray & Nephew — they believed in the vision, and the execution of Vacae Weekend 2026 will be proof of that,” he said.

With a stacked performance line-up and four days of non-stop energy, Vacae Weekend is positioning itself as the ultimate Easter escape.
