Corn & Vegetable Fried Rice
Using Rainforest Jasmine Rice, Rainforest Corn and Rainforest Mixed Vegetables, you can serve up this delicious meal in minutes.
Ingredients
Grains
• 3 cups cooked and chilled Rainforest Jasmine Rice
Vegetables
• 1 cup Rainforest Mixed Vegetables
• ½ cup Rainforest Corn
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 2 scallions, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
Seasoning
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• black pepper
Other
• 4 tbsps cooking oil
Method
1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet.
2. Add onion and sauté for about 30 seconds.
3. Add the garlic, then the Rainforest Mixed Vegetables and Rainforest Corn and cook for two to three minutes.
4. Add the day-old cooked Rainforest Jasmine Rice and break apart.
5. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
6. Toss until the rice is heated through and lightly toasted.
7. Finish with scallions and black pepper.
