Flow bills customer for service never received
Dear Claudienne,
I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a billing dispute with Flow Jamaica.
In August 2025, I applied to have a post-paid service added to my Flow cellphone (876-xxxxxxx). I later received a follow-up call confirming that my request had been forwarded for processing. However, I never received the service.
After contacting Flow, I was informed by an agent that I needed to have my SIM card adjusted in order to access the post-paid service. This requirement was never communicated to me when I initially applied. Despite this, I have been receiving bills for the service and, more recently, emails threatening legal action, including the use of bailiffs.
I reported the matter to Flow, and while I was told it would be escalated, the issue was not resolved. I am now being asked to pay for a service that I never received.
I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter.
