New vehicles deployed to strengthen frontline policing in St Mary
ST MARY Jamaica — Frontline policing in St Mary has received a significant boost with the addition of new vehicles aimed at improving response times, mobility and overall efficiency across the division.
Superintendent Anthony Wallace proudly handed over two new vehicles and two motorcycles, reinforcing the Jamaica Constabulary Force’s (JCF) commitment to enhancing service delivery and strengthening community safety.
The parish has struggled with a shortage of service vehicles at times. The move forms part of the JCF’s broader strategy to modernise its fleet and better equip officers on the ground, ensuring safer communities through improved response times and proactive policing.
