Jamaican model serves raceday glamour in new campaign by British retailer Phase Eight

SAINT International’s Tami Williams is the face of a new campaign from British women’s wear retailer Phase Eight, created in partnership with Goodwood Racecourse ahead of the 2026 racing season.

The campaign, shot by photographer Cristian Hunter at Santa Anita Racetrack, showcases raceday-ready fashion with Williams appearing alongside Dutch model Julia Bergshoeff.

The collection highlights a range of occasionwear, including maxi, midi and wrap dresses featuring florals, navy polka dots and ombré pleats.

Accessories in the collaboration collection also include bow clutch bags, high block sandals, twist headbands and fascinators.

“We shot the Phase Eight campaign at the Santa Anita Racetrack in California in February,” Williams told Observer Online from Greece where she was shooting a new campaign for repeat client, American retail brand Tuckernuck.

“Really great day at the track, and it was especially interesting working with the horses. Their groomers were always on-set just off camera just in case they got too restless,” disclosed the 25-year-old fashion veteran, who has been in the global industry 12 years and counting.

The on-set Cali photo session working with European peer Bergshoeff, according to the SAINT, was a cross-cultural joy as they exchanged insights into Jamaican and Dutch traditions.

Phase Eight is the official women’s wear partner for this year’s slate of Goodwood races that begins with a season opener on May 1.

Additional Goodwood sporting days are scheduled in July, August and September, with the Qatar Goodwood Festival and Autumn Racing on the docket.

The Goodwood estate was bought by the first Duke of Richmond, son of King Charles II, in 1697. The first public race meeting took place on site in 1802.

Phase Eight was established in 1979 by Patsy Seddon as a small boutique in Wandsworth Common, London. Today, the brand has 106 stores and 207 concessions in the United Kingdom and 18 stores and 128 concessions in Switzerland, Germany, Australia, United Arab Emirates and Ireland.

Williams joins SAINT’s Martiniquan model Aurelie Giraud as the second model from the Deiwght Peters-led agency to be featured in a Phase Eight campaign. Giraud appeared last year in the brand’s Summer 2025 collection advertising blitz.
