FLOW customer says service remained active months after cancellation request
Dear Claudienne,
I am not in Jamaica at this time, and for months now I have been trying to have my FLOW service in Golden Grove, St Ann, discontinued. I have called, emailed, and spoken to different persons at FLOW but I am still getting a paperless bill from the company every month.
I have stopped paying the bill. I would appreciate you getting in contact with the company and letting me know the outcome. I have heard and read that this is happening to a lot of people.
