“I wanted to be structural and sculpted frame of the headpiece and the bodice to be juxtaposed by the flow of the waist down. Given the theme, I also wanted this piece to have a little more drama than my previous pieces so i spent days layering the train to complete the essence of it being a gown that would be on a red carpet,” shares Guthrie.
