The Excellence Network Rogers Communications President and CEO Tony Staffieri offered his well wishes to newly invested Order of Ontario awardee Donette Chin-Loy Chang. Donette Chin-Loy Chang

Chin-Loy Chang was formally presented with Ontario’s highest civilian honour during a ceremony at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto on Monday, June 1. She was recognised alongside 29 other distinguished appointees for extraordinary achievements that have shaped Ontario and Canada at large.

The honours were conferred by Lieutenant Governor of Ontario and Chancellor of the Order of Ontario Edith Dumont, who lauded the cohort in a February 2026 release, for their profound impact and dedication to the province.
