From the moment we arrived, the poolside setting felt accomodating. I mean, we’re in the Caribbean. Who would not want to dine al fresco! Soft lighting reflected off the water while live music created the perfect backdrop — pulsating enough to enhance the mood without overpowering the conversation.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. The unlimited buffet featured an impressive array of local and international flavours, all thoughtfully prepared and elegantly presented. We enjoyed flavourful jerk pork, fresh salads, succulent crayfish, grilled pork chops, roasted fillet of salmon, creamy macaroni and cheese, and a tempting assortment of desserts to name a few.
