Police constable found dead in suspected suicide at Maroon Town station

ST JAMES, Jamaica—A police constable reportedly shot and killed himself at the Maroon Town police station in St James  Sunday morning.

Observer Online understands that the incident occurred sometime before 9 am.

The identity of the constable has not yet been revealed.

The Constabulary Communication Network of the Jamaica Constabulary Force confirmed that the incident occurred but did not provide any further information.
