SGR to host Dynamic Elevated Lifestyle Open House

Stella Global Realty (SGR) Jamaica Ltd has officially announced it will host the Dynamic Elevated Lifestyle Open House on Saturday, June 27, 2026.

The exclusive, invitation-only event will take place at the newly completed Valley View development in Plantation Heights, St Andrew, marking a definitive shift in how luxury real estate is presented, verified and acquired in Jamaica.

Perched 1,000 feet above the Kingston basin, Valley View represents an elite architectural disruption in the housing market. The location offers a cooler, whisper-quiet mountain climate that sits a mere ten minutes from the primary commercial corridors of Constant Spring and New Kingston.

Residents of this will command a rare triple threat panoramic perspective—capturing unobstructed views of the Blue Mountains, the Caribbean Sea coastline and the sparkling Kingston city lights from a single balcony.

“At Stella Global Realty, we lead with integrity and manage with authority,” said Tiffany Gray, founder, chief executive officer and managing broker of SGR. “For too long, real estate in Jamaica has been defined by ‘soon-come’ promises and what we call ‘remittance anxiety’—especially for our diaspora family looking to invest back home. We don’t buy hope; we buy verified data. This open house is the physical manifestation of the Stella standard, showing the world that luxury acquisition can be executed with absolute confidence and ease.”

To eliminate the traditional friction of the Jamaican closing cycle, SGR has synchronised the island’s elite financial, legal and lifestyle brands directly on-site, forming a transactional “expert hub”:

Luxury Mobility Showcase: SGR has partnered with ATL Automotive to stage a premier automotive exhibition in the model driveways. Attendees will experience the newest high-performance lineups from Porsche Jamaica (led by Sales Manager Shauwn Gracey) and Audi Jamaica (led by Sales Manager Channa Kay Walker), aligning executive real estate with world-class mobility.

On-site financial vetting: Underwriters from Jamaica National and CIBC Bank will be present to offer on-the-spot mortgage vetting and pre-qualifications. This allows international and local buyers to leverage their capital and secure financing structures.

The verification mandate live demo: In alignment with SGR’s strict confidence through verification standard, Tarike Reid, licensed valuator and appraiser from Stephenson Real Estate Services, will join SGR’s in-house inspectors to conduct live structural and market data audits. This demonstration will show buyers exactly how SGR verifies the structural and financial brilliance of an asset before any contract is signed.

Operating across 13 states in the US and Jamaica, Stella Global Realty has established the definitive bridge for international capital. By utilising advanced digital systems, including 3D Matterport spatial walkthroughs and secure encrypted signatures, SGR routinely allows diaspora buyers to close on premium Jamaican assets directly from their living rooms in New York, London or Toronto. The June 27 event serves as a gateway to showcase these remote closing capabilities alongside the physical brilliance of Valley View.

“Success is not a solo move; it is a strategic synchronisation of brilliance. We are bringing the bank, the lawyer, the surveyor, and the luxury developer into one room. The north coast is rising, Kingston is expanding, and on June 27, the ultimate lifestyle strategy officially has an address,” Gray said.
