Change of dates for Diamond Mile
Supreme Racing and Entertainment Limited (SVREL) has announced a calendar shift for the 2026 Diamond Mile. The showcase event moves from Sunday, July 19 to Saturday, July 25.
That day [July 25] was originally listed as a blank raceday.
Also, the Terremoto Trophy over 9 ½ furlongs (1,900m) slides one day earlier. Originally set for Sunday, July 19 alongside the Mile, it will now run Saturday, July 18 as the marquee lead-up race.
SVREL didn’t stop there. To fill out the new Diamond Mile Saturday, they’ve added a Restricted Allowance 11 over five furlongs straight to the July 25 programme. Speed and stamina on one card.
For fans, it means Diamond Mile day now falls on a Saturday — prime day for big crowds and big energy at Caymanas Park.
