Customer gets rebate for internet outage
Dear Claudienne,
From the 28th of March 2026 I was without internet service from Flow. Reports were made on five occasions, two times visiting the office and three times calling, and nothing was done to rectify the problem.
The service returned on the 22nd of April without any technician visiting and it’s been dropping signal minutes.
Should they be billing me for these 24 days that I have had no internet service? Flow keeps billing for services not provided.
Please help me to get a response from Flow.

Tell Claudienne has been in communication with Flow and has been advised that you will receive a rebate for the outage period.
The email the column received from Flow stated the following:
“The account of MS was reviewed and it showed that a fault ticket was created and subsequently closed on April 29, 2026.
Contact was made with MS who confirmed that the internet issue has been resolved. As a result, a rebate was applied for the outage period. MS was advised that this adjustment will appear on her next bill.”
