different Capital Limited has been appointed by Derrimon Trading as the real estate investment trust (REIT) managers for Derrimon’s 12-acre property in Drax Hall, St Ann.

“As managers for Drax Hall REIT, different will lead the team of lawyers and stock brokers assembled to structure and place the REIT company shares. And thereafter manage the performance of the REIT company,” different Capital said in a statement on social media.

“This agreement marks the beginning of greater access to real estate opportunities,” the Kingston-based real estate dealer said.

The announcement was accompanied by a promotional video announcing the deal and a photo of Derrimon Trading Executive Chairman Derrick Cotterell with different co-founder and chairman Chris Williams, sealing the deal with a handshake.

In recent years, Drax Hall has become one of Jamaica’s fastest-growing areas, different said.

“It’s where people travelling from Kingston, cruise ship visitors, and tourists coming from Montego Bay all come together, making it a major hub of activity,” it added.
