Flow removes charges after post-paid service dispute
Dear Claudienne,
I am disputing bills sent to my e-mail for post-paid services that I never received.
The promotion was to be added to my Flow cellphone number. During a follow-up call, I was told that my request for post-paid service would be forwarded to the relevant department.
In August 2025, an agent investigated the matter and told me that, in order to access the service, an adjustment had to be made to my SIM card. The agent said that because the SIM card had not been adjusted, I had not received the service.
Although the adjustment was not done and I did not receive the service, Flow is now demanding payment. I have also received an e-mail from Flow referring to bailiff and legal action.
I would appreciate your assistance in having this matter addressed.
GH
Dear GH,
After Tell Claudienne brought your complaint to Flow’s attention, the company advised that it had reviewed your account and removed the charges you were told you had to pay.
In its response to Tell Claudienne, Flow said:
“The account was reviewed and shows that an adjustment was completed to remove all charges. The invoice generated for May 2026 now reflects a zero balance.
The account also indicates that GH was contacted on April 9, 2026 and advised that the adjustment had been completed. Additionally, an escalation was submitted to the Finance Team on May 7, 2026, requesting that the customer be delisted from Island Collection.
As such, this dispute is now considered closed.
Thank you.”
We wish you all the best.
