GRAMMY® Award-winning reggae icon Buju Banton unveiled his anxiously awaited 13th full-length studio album, Too Too Bad, via Gargamel Music Inc and VP Records.

Across 13 tracks on the digital edition, Buju nods to reggae’s past with reverence, makes the most of the present, and sets the tone for its future.

Following the opener We Nuh Play, he affirms his status as one of the genre’s standard-bearers. Elsewhere, DJ Khaled blesses the sexy, slick, and seductive Wild Woman as Buju leans into another side of his ever-evolving signature style.

He locks into a smooth back-and-forth with powerhouse Ari Lennox on Satisfy Me, while Heavy Hitters lives up to its title with a knockout hook.

The finale, Power, boasts a cameo from Gramps Morgan.

As his first release on VP Records in 23 years, Too Too Bad represents a full-circle moment.

Fans can also experience the album through an expanded 15-track CD edition, featuring two exclusive bonus tracks available only on the physical release.

The veteran artiste performed on NBC’s The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon on July 20, followed by an appearance on TODAY the next morning, July 21.

He then appeared on the Roots And Rhymes US Summer Tour 2026 at UBS Arena in Belmont Park, New York, on Saturday, July 18.
