Lions Club provides well-needed medical supplies to KPH
THE English-speaking Caribbean’s largest trauma centre and multidisciplinary facility, the Kingston Public Hospital (KPH), was the recent recipient of medical supplies and equipment that will support patient care and breastfeeding.
The supplies, donated by the Lions Club of St Andrew, included boxes of adult care products, catheters, and breast milk pouches.
A club focused on the development of the health-care sector, the Lions Club of St Andrew has, over the years, consistently partnered with several local health-care facilities to assist with critical needs.
KPH administrators who received the club’s latest donation expressed gratitude for the supplies and noted that contributions of this kind help ensure that patients continue to receive quality care.
