Cardi B cancels BZR WKND performance in Jamaica

American rapper Cardi B has reportedly cancelled her performance at the highly anticipated BZR WKND set to be held on October 18 at the National Stadium.

The Bodak Yellow singer was set to headline the show, which runs from October 16-18.

“Cardi B will not be performing at BZR WKND Jamaica on October 18, 2026,” the rapper’s rep was quoted as saying by Billboard.

“Cardi appreciates the love and support from her fans in Jamaica and hopes to see them in the future. For information regarding the status of BZR WKND Jamaica, ticketing, or other event-related matters, please contact the event organisers directly. Any information regarding Cardi B and her future performances will be communicated exclusively through Cardi B’s official channels,” the rep added.

BZR WKND’s three-day celebration of music, culture, tourism, fashion, and entertainment will kick off with the BZR WKND Welcome Party on Friday, October 16, followed by the TIDAL RAVE Beach Party: WYFL Edition on Saturday, October 17, before culminating with a concert dubbed Cardi B & Friends on Sunday, October 18.
