Kool Kat, Gujurat reign supreme in Tipsters’ Competition

RUDDY Allen (Kool Kat) and Anthony Allen (Gujurat) continued their winning streak in the third quarter of the 2026 Capital Betting and Wagering Limited/Jamaica Observer Tipsters’ Competition by winning the championship quarter in thrilling fashion.

Kool Kat, the most decorated tipster in the history of the competition, took the top spot in the Most Wins category, while Gujurat shone bright in the Monetary category.

They’ve each pocketed $20,000 for their outstanding performances. Kool Kat tallied 202 winners to take the quarter by three winners, ahead of Bernadette Bishope (Miss Cookie) who finished on 199 winners.

Donald Bahadur (Sir Donald) finished third on 197 winners while Sherdon Cowan (The General) came fourth on 184 winners.

The remaining tipsters were Jason Duncan (Jah Son – 181 winners), Gujurat (175 winners), Garfield Robinson (Santa – 175 winners), Mark Collins (Markie – 170 winners), and Kingsley Gentles (The Genius – 160 winners).

Gujurat, on the other hand, gleamed like a supernova in the Monetary category, accumulating a staggering $26,000. Santa finished second with $18,244, and Sir Donald was third on $17,821.

The championship quarter runs from October to December.
