ZAMAR 2026 celebrates Swallowfield Chapel’s 56th anniversary
ZAMAR 2026, dubbed An Evening of Instruments In Praise, heralded Swallowfield Chapel’s 56-year anniversary last Sunday, delivering on its objective: to praise God with instruments.
The event featured some of Jamaica’s most celebrated instrumentalists, including violinist/virtuoso Jon Williams; Paul Henry, renowned trumpeter and Jamaica Philharmonic Orchestra member; and ZAMAR 2026 producer Dennis Rushton. The instrumentalists blended vintage hymns and contemporary songs across genres, including classical, jazz, gospel, and traditional Jamaican one-drop and reggae rhythms.
