WOW Factor for FNO
The Jamaica Observer Celebrates Fashion’s Night Out (FNO) on September 8, 2011, and it’s time to check out some of those under-the-radar boutiques. AW begins the cross-country trek with Dania Whyte’s WOW Factor boutique, located at the Little Pub Complex, Ocho Rios.
