Another RÊVE-lation

If you’ve seen the designs at fashion shows, pop-up shops, at Shop #13 at the Devon House Courtyard in Kingston, or even more recently on Britain’s Next Top Model (BNTM), then you know the intrigue and allure of RÊVE Jewellery – one-of-a-kind pieces, often worn by the eclectic and Boho-chic man or woman. RÊVE Jewellery & Accessories was officially launched in Kingston in April 2006 by siblings Duane and Teasea Bennett. The pieces are all handmade from materials acquired locally – so designed that they could very well be described as pieces of rustic elegance. RÃ VE Jewellery has been moving off the shelves at retail outlets, including Rockhouse Hotel and Spa Boutique in Negril, Tabeel Aromatherapy Gifts and Salon in Brooklyn, New York, and the National Gallery of Jamaica, downtown Kingston. The dynamic company launched its annual charity, artisan & cultural event, the RÊVE Wellness Festival in 2012, and retails collections from other emerging and renowned Jamaican or Caribbean designers, and producers, through their showroom at Devon House. AW Fashion tips you off on RÊVE’s latest additions.
