AW FASHION – The Swimsuit Issue

It’s that time of year again, when school’s out, the days are longer and temperatures keep rising. With July comes the proper advent of summer and that can only mean one thing — swimsuit season! Island girls have always taken a creative approach to swimwear, and tend to be the first to try new styles and embrace trends. AW fashion road tests a few of the latest trends surfing the swim wave in Kingston, with a city style staycation shoot at the uber luxe Strawberry Hill Hotel in Irish Town. As we climbed the hill from steaming Kingston, temperatures lowered and once in full view of the magnificent cityscape below, we were reminded that sometimes Paradise is just a short Papine pass-through away.
