Walking away after making an investment
Walking away from a man you put your time and sometimes money into is a hard task. But if a woman is unhappy in a relationship, regardless of how many assets and liabilities are on the line, she has a right to chase her happiness and move on.
Below women tell how this is possible.
Latoya:
I bought my ex a car and initially it was just for us, until I found a condom in the car, a used condom at that! That changed everything. I felt beyond hurt. I know how it feels to give someone your last and they spit on it.
BC:
You can walk away and start over. I have been married for six years, we bought houses and cars, yet we got a divorce recently. It is hard to get rid of all the stuff acquired over the years, but I am all about my peace and happiness. Ladies, do not be afraid to love again and start anew.
MN:
If you’re not happy, leave! It doesn’t matter how much money you spent or what you both shared. Happiness should be the center of your relationship and life.
Sher:
I walked out of my ex-husband’s mansion because I was tired of the abuse. We had spent a great sum as we owned businesses and houses and vehicles. Ladies, I walked away and basically I am at rock bottom, but I have faith that I will stand again. My husband is a womanizer and he loves to abuse his power. That marriage was hell.
PG:
You walk away when you are being abused and cheated on. Money is the least. You can rebuild.
