About a year ago I was with this man and he was the soft type — a “Christian” man. One day he left his phone sitting on the bed and went outside (his friend had stopped by unannounced) and I decided to scroll through. My dear friends, the content of the messages were… let’s just say they were not the kind you would expect from a deacon in charge of youth. I wasn’t even mad, I was just disappointed, because I don’t like two-faced people. One day he gave me the phone to call someone and when I was done I just clicked to look at the pictures he had taken on our outing the Sunday before, and let me tell you, I have never seen so many female private parts before in my life. It was obvious those weren’t downloaded from the Internet. He eventually confessed to being not physically, but emotionally tangled with two of these women and begged for my forgiveness. The passwords are no longer on his phone and we are now in counselling.

My girl and I had rented a place somewhere. A number of men lived downstairs and the upstairs was a mixture of both men and women. It so happened that her phone was dead, and because she would be away studying all day at the library, I told her to take mine and leave hers to charge. Would you believe that this girl, my partner of two years who I walked downstairs with every day, was entertaining one of the tenants down there? And I don’t care that nothing happened, I just packed up my stuff and went to my brother’s place. I never did go back to her nor did I speak to her about it. When she managed to contact me I just told her it was over.
