5 things you do for him that he doesn’t care about
Many of our actions as women are done in an attempt to please our partners – to keep their eyes on us and away from straying. But the amount of detail that goes into this sprucing up, believe it or not, often goes unrecognised by the very men we aim to please.
Below are five things women do for men that they care nothing about.
1. Getting nails done. Women make a huge deal out of doing their nails but really, men don’t care. Do your nails because you want to, and not necessarily to impress your man.
2. Hair extensions. Women have become so dependent on hair extensions that it seems to be their drug. But no guy has ever said, “Wow, I love your weave!” If you’re going to sit for hours and endure pain for days to get a sew-in or a braid, do it for you, because the man couldn’t care less.
3. Piercings and tattoos. Men won’t be attracted to you because you have 10 piercings and a butterfly tattoo on your leg. Some men love to see their women with tattoos and piercings but that not the glue that will hold the relationship together. It might be a huge deal to you, but to men it is not.
4. The latest in clothes/shoe styles. A real man doesn’t care if you wear designer shoes and clothing. He just wants to know that you look fabulous. Women tend to make a huge deal over brands, not realising that they are not being assessed on what they wear, but who they are.
5. Make-up. Women tend to invest heavily in make-up despite the fact that men hate the paint. They hate it because they have no idea what you really look like underneath.
