Would you be less attracted to your mate if they gained weight?
They say that once you marry or settle into a loving, serious relationship, the weight starts to pile on – a sure sign of prosperity. But how much is too much? We asked people, would you be less attracted to your mate if they put on 20 pounds?
Mark:
To be honest, if my woman gains some pounds from pregnancy, I will help her to lose it rather than put her down. But if it’s not pregnancy related and mere greed, she would need to get a wake up call because when I met her, she was slim and trim and sexy.
Pat:
Some people get too comfortable in relationships and that is a major turn off. I maintain my body and so I expect my man to do the same.
DJ:
My woman knows that I’m not into the stick business so she has to eat her good yam and banana. I’m happier if my woman gains weight because I don’t like mawga woman.
Andre:
I don’t like the fat thing and my woman needs to keep fit and in shape just like she expects me to.
Dawnette:
My man knows that image and smell mean everything to me so he ensures he goes to the gym and smells nice.
Damian:
I won’t say that I would leave my woman if she got fat, but I would help her to lose the extra fat. If she refuses to, well she might get bun.
